1. Service

CortinaHeli.com is a request service that connects customers with licensed helicopter operators for transfers, scenic flights and heliskiing in the Cortina d'Ampezzo area. We do NOT operate helicopters or provide flights directly.

2. No booking guarantee

Sending a request does not guarantee a booking. Bookings, prices and availability are confirmed only by the operator.

3. Price estimates

Prices shown on this website, including the estimate builders, are indicative. The final price is the one quoted by the operator.

4. Third-party operators

Flights are provided by independent operators who:

• Hold the required licences and authorisations
• Carry appropriate insurance
• Employ qualified pilots and guides
• Are responsible for safety and operations

Your contract is with the operator, not with CortinaHeli.com.

5. How we are paid

Our service is free for customers. We may receive a fee from partner operators for the requests we forward or for bookings that result from them, and operators may pay for featured placement. Featured placements are always labelled "Partner" or "Sponsored".

6. Risks

Heliskiing and mountain flying carry inherent risks, including avalanche, injury and death. CortinaHeli.com is not liable for incidents during activities performed by operators.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CortinaHeli.com is not liable for damages arising from the use of this website or from services booked with operators.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes are published on this page with a new date.
