FAQ
Are you a helicopter operator?+
No. Cortina Heli is an independent request service. We pass your request to licensed operators, who quote, perform and invoice the flight.
How much is a helicopter transfer from Venice to Cortina?+
Indicatively €2,200–3,200 one way per helicopter for up to 4 passengers with luggage, about 40 minutes of flight. The operator's quote depends on date, aircraft and repositioning.
Is heliski allowed in Cortina?+
Heliski is allowed in some zones of the Veneto region but prohibited inside the Ampezzo Dolomites and Belluno Dolomites parks, and in the provinces of Trento and Bolzano. Operators fly only to permitted drop-off points.
What if the weather is bad?+
Helicopter flights are weather-dependent. Operators reschedule or cancel according to their own terms, which they share with you before booking.
Do I pay Cortina Heli?+
No. You pay the operator directly. We may receive a fee from operators for the requests we forward.
