- Preferred dates, number of passengers and notes
- The service and package you configured, and readiness-check answers
- How you reached our website (referring page and campaign tags such as utm_source)

- To answer your request (transfer, scenic flight or heliski)
- To forward your request to one or more licensed partner operators so they can quote it, only if you tick the consent box
- To improve our website and measure which pages and campaigns work
The legal basis is your consent (forwarding to operators) and the steps needed to answer your request.
4. Third parties
- Formspree: processes form submissions
- Cloudflare: hosting and CDN
- Privacy-friendly analytics: aggregated, cookieless statistics; no cross-site profiles
- Partner operators: receive your request with your consent and act as independent controllers for the booking they handle with you
5. Retention
We keep request data for up to 24 months to handle follow-up questions. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
